Technology Leadership:
- Develop and execute technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.

- Build a product roadmap and meet timelines to support scalability.
- Ensure board support for technology solutions designed to meet business objectives.
Insurance Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of the insurance industry, regulatory landscape, and emerging trends.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in insurance, advising on their integration of platform
Team Building and Management:
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a world-class engineering team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Product Development:
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Drive the development of scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.

Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships to enhance technological capabilities.

Risk Management:

- Maintain SOC II type 2 compliance and identify additional certificates for resilience and security.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in insurtech or related industries.
- Extensive experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep knowledge of insurance industry operations, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Hands-on experience in software development with a strong understanding of modern methodologies.
