Founder Alex Bond has 15 years’ experience of working with start-ups, scale ups and established insurance businesses delivering on assignments in the UK, Europe, North America and Asia. Alex has worked as a talent partner for hundreds of insurance focussed businesses and helped shape the careers of many successful executives.

Introduce "two in the pool effect"

When the final candidate pool has only one minority candidate, they have virtually no chance of being hired. If at least two diverse candidates are in the final pool, the odds of hiring a diverse candidate are 194 times greater.
 

Re-word your job postings

Using inclusive language that can attract a more diverse talent pool. We’ve read 1,000’s of job descriptions and know what engages female and minority talent.

Offer blind hiring

Anonymising a candidate's personal information, such as gender or name, can reduce unconscious (or conscious) bias. This works best at the post-investment hiring stage.

Standardise Interviews

A standardised interview process ensures all candidates receive a fair interview focussed on skills, further reducing bias in the interview process.
