My client is a series A Insurtech that is looking for a VP of Business Development to drive the growth in their parametric programs.

Initially starting as a technology business Insurtech now has the capacity and programs and needs someone from the Insurance world who knows both wholesale and parametric markets to lead the business development efforts.

This is a key hire for the business reporting directly to the CEO. The role will help drive and execute the business development strategy but is firstly an IC role.

This is a chance to get into the earlier rounds of a promising Insurtech and utilize your existing broker skillset differently.

This is not a generalised sales job - if you do not have sales/business development skills within commercial P&C, Wholesale or Parametric insurance please do not apply
