- New Appointments: Proactively identify and appoint new agents and brokers to meet or exceed growth goals.
- Broker Engagement: Cultivate strong broker relationships to ensure sufficient submission volume and quality.
- Broker Quality Support: Collaborate with brokers to ensure alignment on product and market fit, driving mutual success.
- Market and Territory Awareness: Maintain a thorough understanding of market conditions, including competitor insights, regulatory changes, and territory-specific challenges.
- Email Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimize email campaigns using industry-standard tools to drive engagement and conversion, including A/B testing for maximum ROI.
- General Contributions: As a member of a fast-growing, early-stage team, contribute to various initiatives and creatively solve challenges in a dynamic environment.
Required Experience:

- Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for familiarity with program business homeowners/ property insurance.
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on business relationship management.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) with a proven track record of running successful email campaigns.
- Experience in A/B testing methodologies and optimizing campaigns for maximum return on investment.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of tailoring messages effectively for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to set priorities, determine goals, and exercise independent judgment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

- 4 years of experience in the insurance industry; OR
- 4 years of experience in sales.
- 1-2 years of experience managing email marketing campaigns and implementing A/B testing for optimization.
