Our client is a growing MGA who following their success in the US and the UK markets are expanding throughout Europe.
We are seeking a Head of Distribution for Mainland Europe to build out our client's unique risk solutions and provide excellent service for our client's insureds and broker partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain current broker relationships and identify strategic areas for potential growth
- Assist in managing the pipeline of distribution partners, monitoring key KPIs to track broker performance for mainland Europe.
- Ensure visibility with brokers, to educate them on our product offering and to drive quality submission flow
- Drive profitability by leveraging relationships to meet growth goals
Qualifications
- 7-10 year’s experience in the insurance industry
- An established network of broker contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on proactive communication
- Driven by a growth mindset
- High performing organizational skills and the ability to plan events
- High level of empathy for customer problems and aggressiveness for supporting client’s needs.
- Prior experience and proven track record as a sales leader.
- Experience with channel sales programs.
- English + 1 European Language (German, French, Italian or Spanish)
